These group classes are designed to accommodate beginners to more advanced students.
The emphasis, although it is asana (posture) based, is to give you an opportunity to work at your own level using breath work (pranayama) and to cultivate an overall meditative awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. (To experience the place where they all meet as one.) You will leave these classes feeling deeply restored and rejuvenated. Relaxed yet energized. Stretched, strengthened and balanced.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive on a fairly empty stomach. We look forward to seeing you in class!
